Payment Terms

An upfront deposit is required to secure your slot for scheduling. The final payment will be made at the time of the appointment.

The convenience fee to book the appointment is $85.00, which will be collected during the deposit. Additional fees will vary — you will be notified of the remaining balance via invoice after booking an appointment.
